A CHILD is in a serious condition after a horror smash between two cars on the M5 - leaving the motorway at a complete standstill.
The youngster was airlifted to Bristol Children's Hospital after the crash between Weston-super-Mare and Burnham-On-Sea.
It is not known whether they suffered life-threatening injuries.
