A DRIVER has blasted a "cowardly" local for leaving a note on their car claiming they are illegally parked.
The raging driver shared his fury on Facebook after receiving the note in in Oadby, Leicester.
Their post in Spotted Oadby said: "Whoever lives on the corner of Pelham Street and Regent Street, if you have parking issues please take it up with the council.
