Ten-month-old baby boy hit by car in front of horrified mum as they crossed road in Hull

A BABY boy was hospitalised after being hit by a car as he crossed the road in Hull. The 10-month-old boy was crossing the road with his mum when he was hit yesterday afternoon. Emergency services closed off Wawne Road in both directions following the accident at the junction with Barnstaple Road. The road was closed between Biggin Avenue and Noddle Hill Way from 4pm to 5.42pm.
